If you have emails attached to your domain name, please only complete the email migration section. Do not move the domain until one of our team have confirmed your emails have been sorted. This could cause loss of emails.

If you don’t have emails, or don’t need to migrate them as you have them backed up somewhere, please complete the domain transfer section.

Please note, if you choose to transfer the domain yourself, the form will give you instructions based on your choices, and we will wait for your domain name to be transferred in by yourself.

What email service do you use?

Google Migration

To move Google emails, you will need to create an App Password to allow us access.

Notice: This is not your Google account password, it is a password you generate to give us access, click the hyperlink above for Googles guide on how to do this.

IMAP Migration

If you don't know your IMAP details, you can usually find them in an email from your current provider, or on your hosting dashboard. If you can't find it, you will need to contact your provider directly.

Would you like to migrate the domain yourself?

Migrating the domain yourself

Domain Extension
If you have a .co.uk domain, you will need to change your IPS tag to ZDWEBSITES, usually we will receive your domain within 48 hours, and can get you live on the same day.

Once you have completed the above, please click submit so we can look out for your domain.

If you are moving a .com email, you will need to first change domain nameservers to the ones provided below, this is so we can access and use the domain while it is being transferred.

You will also need to provide us with an EPP (authorisation code) for us to move the domain. Please make sure you have unlocked your domain and keep an eye out for a confirmation email from your provider.

Once you have changed the nameservers, please give us your authorisation code and submit the form.
